Ontario businesses and non-profits with 20 or more employees must file an accessibility compliance report by December 31, 2026. A director or senior officer certifies it. This tool lists what that signature is actually vouching for — and what you should be able to show for each item.
The regulation sets one rulebook with more paperwork as you grow. Organisations under 50 employees must do the things; organisations at 50 and over must also write them down and publish them. Filing the report does not add obligations — it asks you to certify the ones you already have.
Section numbers refer to the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, O. Reg. 191/11. Verify against the current consolidation before relying on a specific section.
